NOTE TO CUSTOMERS IN NORWAY: Please note that 25% value added tax (MVA) is added to all items for domestic orders!

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC: Please note that due to the current pandemic and the extraordinary cirmustances it creates, it may take much longer for your order to reach you than the ordinary delivery times given below. Please allow up to three months delivery time for international orders or at least one month for domestic orders before contacting us about your order. This is not a joke. Standard shipping does not include tracking, and we are not able to track any orders unless you have added the tracking option at an extra cost. See more information below. We are not running the postal systems around the world, only a tiny record label, and once a package has left us, we can't do anything more about it. So please be patient and wait for your package to arrive. Thank you!

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PRE-ORDERS: A pre-order means that you order an item before it has been produced and is ready to ship. If you are not familiar/comfortable with this concept, please do not order. Please refer to the release and shipping dates given on each individual release page when you order items. Do not contact us about the status of your order before the item you ordered has been released!

Orders will normally ship within 7 days, provided that all items are in stock. You will receive an automatically generated e-mail when your order is shipped.

Priority shipping is standard. Please note that this does NOT include insurance or tracking! For registered shipping including insurance and tracking, please add the applicable item to your order from the merch section:
- Optional insurance/tracking add on for shipping within Norway (Norgespakke)
- Optional insurance/tracking add on for shipping to Europe
- Optional insurance/tracking add on for shipping to Rest of World

Delivery times in working days: Norway 1-2 / Europe 2-6 / Rest of World 4-8. Please allow some extra time (at least one week) for customs clearance etc. before contacting us about your order.

Return Policy
All items are new and unplayed. They are being expertly packed using brand new professional mailers and envelopes to minimize the risk of damages.

If you have a problem with playing an item, we will replace it, provided that the original item is returned to us first. You pay the shipment costs for the return, while we pay for shipping the replacement to you. If a faulty item cannot be replaced because it's no longer available, we will refund the cost of the item, excluding shipping.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost shipments, delays, damages or additional costs (import tax, handling fees etc.) caused by third parties.
